They all saw it and started asking why they didnt know before which opened the door for my sales pitch. Dispatch didn’t realize it either, I read them the text message. So how about this for customer support: you now solve problems before your customer is even aware of the issue. Which leads me to this thought: I can only imagine that you have no life, since you seem to be omnipresent at all moments - a bit like Zeus looking down from Mount Olympus.

LiteSabre Pre-Registration

In order to start using LiteSabre, you must be verified by admin first. Send an email to

support (at) aapocket.com (don't use (at), use the @ symbol)

  1. Send an email from an email address that you use all the time. LiteSabre will use this address to send you vital information about schedule changes. Sending from an address you rarely check is not going to be good for either of us.
  2. Include your employee number, seniority number, and your name, as it appears on an NS. See the image below if you don't know what an NS is.
  3. Include the flight number, date and departure city of the NS that you took your name from.

LiteSabre admin with respond within 24 hours with a link to the registration page. When LiteSabre replies, telling you it's ok to register, ensure that you register with the same email address that you sent this email with.
